Add note about 3day limit on day pass
Bought a one day pass to put on a workers PC in case they had trouble - when they had trouble it didn't work - because of a 3day limit.
Can you add a note about this when buying the day pass, and add some pointer to the prepaid/gift card - I can't find it -

Have seperate Terms of Service for the person receiving help
Right now, the same Terms of Service are shown for both the Helper and the person being Helped. We've had clients refuse to be helped because they thought that they had to sign up for something even though we assured them that it was all paid for on our end.

Allow screen zoom
When the screen resolution of the host computer is higher than the client, it can be hard to make out the displayed text. Being able to zoom in, or just enlarge the client window beyond the limit of the desktop, would help.
This applies to the OSX version, don't know about the Windows one.

Offer a PCI Compliant edition
In the retail and restaurant communities, we have an issue where offering remote support has to kill many of the features that Copilot, Logmein, etc. have put time and effort into.
Would love to see you guys offer a crippled version of CoPilot that would be PCI compliant, and then have an API so... more

Fix it so that Norton Internet Security (insight) doesn't block the download
Only the latest version of Copilot has the problem where 'Download Insight' on Norton Internet Security 2010 quarantines the file, previously it didn't get caught.

Make it work on the Mac
Error 2 extracting the zip. Unzip at console makes an Application that's crossed out.

Let me know, before you take my money, that Copilot won't work on my computer
The system requirements are in the fine print.

Stand by your claim that you don't want my money unless you're completely satisfied
(At least, I'm pretty sure this is what you said, but I can't get back to that page.) My idea is to offer the user a way to request the refund you're implicitly offering there, once the tool turns out to be completely useless for the case at hand. I want my money back and I see no way to ask for it.

Go back to the "make copilot" fast requests which were last updated a year ago
Teamviewer from www.teamviewer.com is rocketingly fast (here in the UK). Whatever it does, do that.
It's not just usably fast, it's pleasantly fast. It's "How do they /do/ that" fast whereas Copilot is "Does nobody at FogCreek ever use this?" slow.

"There is nothing to install..."
Your page states "There is nothing to install, and nothing to configure..." Is this really the case?

allow video recording of the session
it would be great if my testers could record videos of the sessions.
Also screen shots of the whole screen or of just a region would be good. -

Provide more power and control over screen refreshes
Regarding speed, it would be nice to be able to do things to lower the amount of information transferred, e.g.
- Drop to 4-bit colour or 2-bit monochrome
- Restrict display updates to a rectangular section of the display area
- Screen scrape the text and send just that over in the relativ... more -

Black background screen
After client ends session, their screen remains black. They think you're still on in the background. Client has to restart comp to get their desktop background back.

see duration of session upon disconnect and/or view in CoPilot account
I bill my clients for support sessions. It would be helpful to know how long I was connected using a day pass and see this when I closed the session or be able to login to my CoPilot account and see it

Make Mac Copilot a Universal Binary
On Snow Leopard Installing the Mac Copilot Install Helper required me to install Rosetta. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if it worked without the emulation. The rosetta install slowed things down a little.
