Make allpricing available in a clear table, easily accessible from the home page and from acct pages
I cannot find clear info about all pricing, in one place, in a nice table. That makes FogCreek feel kind of scammy, like if you found out how much we charge, you;s run away. So we suck you in with a free offer and then hit you with the bad news when you are hooked.
Status: completedOur full subscription pricing is available on the signup page: https://www.copilot.com/SignUp/

Fix the typo on the front page
When you go to the copilot home page for the first time, and click the "Help Someone" tab, the second step reads
"Email the person your are helping"
It should read

fix this link.
Go to: ttps://www.copilot.com/Helper/Go.aspx
There's a link at the bottom of the page that points back at the home page. It's broken.
Status: completedI'm sorry, but I don't see which link is broken. Are you logged in, or using a day pass? What is the text of the link?

image on the front page looks like a parked page, screams ad
Status: completedWe are working on a tweak to the homepage to address this. Although there haven't been a ton of votes here, we have gotten this feedback enough at this point to warrant updating it.

Identify help sessions by name
When I help someone, I would like to enter their name and a brief description of the issue. Then have this information appear on the bill with associated charges. It makes record keeping easier for charge backs.
Status: completedThis feature is already available to all subscribers. On the "Ready To Help" page, there is a text box below the download link with the label "Invitation Notes". Write whatever you want in that box, and it will be saved with the invitation and displayed on your monthly statement.

Make it clear that CoPilot doesnt work over dialup
CoPilot is great, and works exactly as advertised. But ... if you try to connect to someone that only has a dialup connection it is painfully7 slow. Not you guys fault, and I don't blame you. But can you do some testing and find out what is the minimum bandwith needed to get acceptable respons... more
Status: completedWe include this in the system requirements on the FAQ page. https://www.copilot.com/faq/
"A broadband connection is required."
This seems the best place for it, so I am closing this request.

Fix the EXE certificate warning.
When a client downloads the helpee program there's always a security warning because the executable is not signed. This can be concerning to the client you're trying to help.
Status: completedThe executables are signed on the fly at download time after embedding the session information. To see that, right click on an executable, select Properties, click the Digital Signatures tab, and hit the Details button. It will show you the signature is OK.
