Make Copilot faster

Allow click Vista UAC "Accept or Deny" messages remotely
One problem I have is that if the User Account Control box comes up to run a program that needs Administrator priviledges, the users at the controlled computer needs to click Accept; I can't do it.
Your competitor Instant Housecall claims to handle this, so obviously it's possible.

Support accessing computers that are not logged in or locked
Sometimes the computer I'm remotely accessing is not logged in or the login is locked. Make it work more like remote desktop connection or gotomypc where you can login or unlock the PC remotely with copilot.

Make Mac Copilot a Universal Binary
On Snow Leopard Installing the Mac Copilot Install Helper required me to install Rosetta. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if it worked without the emulation. The rosetta install slowed things down a little.

UK/EU server: faster for those users in terms of latency
I use it a lot for UK customers, and I am in the UK, so seems silly from an efficiency/latency point of view to everything route abroad first.

Allow co-branding of emails
Allow Unlimited Premium users who are using co-branding to add co-branding to the emails sent out from the "Ready to Help" page of Copilot Classic and the "Install" page of Copilot OneClick.

Auto-fix helpers name
When I log-in, the helper name is automatically filled in with the name I registered with. So far so good. However for some technical reason, accented characters are deemed invalid.
It would be nice to automatically replace theses characters (é, è, ö, ...) when the helper name is filled in at login.
Status: plannedWe're going to fully support Unicode charsets, which should eliminate this problem from the other side.

OneClick blocked on Vista login
Every time I login to Vista, I have to manually unblock the OneClick app in order to get it to run at login. Windows help indicates that there is something you can add to a program so that the UAC does not need to pop up or the program getting blocked.

don't check os just to get information
i run linux at home but an interested in copilot for work (windows environment). so i go to the website and click on "monthly plans" for more information - can't process unless you have windows or macosx. Stupid!
